PeopleOps On-Demand’s Emerging Technologies group is seeking a Client Partner. Candidate must be located in, or willing to relocate to, Tallahassee FL. Candidate must have deep social media and web searching skills along with the ability to carry an engaging conversation.

Client Partners are responsible for filling hard to fill roles within some of the most exciting emerging companies in the world. In addition to Client Management, the Client Partner will also be responsible for running the overall functions of the practice group.

Looking for BETA tester’s for PeopleOps On-Demand

Over the past year, I have been quietly building out what I feel is the next evolution of sourcing. Im not saying what we are doing is going to make the rest of the industry stand on its head, but we feel pretty confident we have a nice playbook here.

Starting immediately, PeopleOps will be a pure-play, sourcing solution. We are building out 30 practice groups within 6 major functions: Technology, Life Sciences, Industrial, Health Services, Capital Markets, and Consumer.

Our model is a flat rate 7%.

Obviously, each of the practice groups will be deploying my sourcing method and be managed directly by me. I am looking for a hand full of organizations that would be interested in BETA testing our service. We will give you a killer deal in exchange for being able to document the business case.
